Clicker Expo

Expo is always an exciting weekend that should not be missed by any trainer who wants to be challenged and exposed to new positive reinforcement concepts.  Please check out the ClickerExpo website by clicking on the link above for more info on topics and faculty for 2017. New topics included an opening session focusing on Experience, a session on teaching an animal how to say "No", Consulting Skills, and a closing session focused on a few elephant conservation projects.

 

February 25-26

Art & Science of Animal Training

This event was expanded to two days last year and was so successful that it is a two-day public event again in 2017. Ken will present on two topics, Teaching an Animal to Say "No" and a look at Teaching Duration Behaviors: Creating Lengthy Behavior Chains.

 

March 5-10

AZA Training Course

This is an excellent course for zoo trainers.  This will be the first international version of this course.  Ken was invited to participate and will be teaching along with Michelle Skurski.  Details are still being worked out.
